Returns & Complaints

In accordance with the "Consumer Rights Act", the consumer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.


RETURNS POLICY

STEP 1.

The parcel with the returned goods should be sent back to the address

Lemoniade ul. Toszecka 102 pok.410, 44-100 Gliwice with postscript RETURN.

Please attach the completed form return and a document confirming the purchase (receipt or FV) to the package.

STEP 2.

Consumer bears responsibility for diminishing the value of item resulting of using it in a manner going beyond necessity, stating the nature, characteristics and actual values.

The value of products with signs of use, e.g. makeup residue, will be reduced by PLN 23. This amount includes the costs of cleaning and repairing the products.


STEP 3.

Returns are carried out by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the customer in the return/complaint form.

We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.


COMPLAINT POLICY

STEP 2.

Before shipment, please pack the goods properly and secure them.
All complaints are considered within 14 days.

STEP 3.

After accepting the complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a full-value product. In a situation where the complained goods are no longer included in the offer of the online clothing store "Lemoniade.com" we will refund any transaction costs incurred by the customer or we will offer an exchange for another product of the same value as the complained one, which is in the current offer.


EXCHANGE

Our items disappear quickly from our warehouse and we cannot guarantee you that the product you want to exchange will be still available.

Instead of exchanging product, you can simply send it back and we will refund your money to your account. If you like something different or a different size - reorder.


ATTENTION! Ignoring the rules above may become grounds for not accepting the return.
