**RETURN POLICY**

According to the "Consumer Rights Act," the Consumer has the right to return the goods without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

**RETURN PROCEDURES**

**STEP 1:**
Ship the package with the returned goods to the address:
Lemoniade, Toszecka 102, Room 410, 44-100 Gliwice, with the note "RETURN."

Please include the completed return form and the purchase confirmation document (receipt or invoice) in the package.

**STEP 2:**
The Consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The value of products showing signs of use, such as makeup residue, will be reduced by 23 PLN. This amount covers cleaning and repairing product costs.

**STEP 3:**
Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer in the return/complaint form.

We do not accept shipments sent on delivery.

**COMPLAINT PROCEDURES**

**STEP 1:**
Ship the package with the returned goods to the address:
Lemoniade, Toszecka 102, Room 410, 44-100 Gliwice, with the note "COMPLAINT."

Please include the completed return/complaint form and the purchase confirmation document (receipt or invoice) in the package.

**STEP 2:**
Before shipping, please ensure proper packaging and protection of the goods.
All complaints are processed within 30 days.

**STEP 3:**
After accepting the complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a full-value product. In a situation where the advertised product is no longer part of the online clothing store "Lemoniade.com" offer, we will refund all transaction costs incurred by the customer.

**EXCHANGE**

Items sold by us quickly disappear from our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee that a particular product will be available when you want to exchange it.

Instead of an exchange, you can simply return the purchased item, and we will refund the money to your account. If you like something else or need a different size, place a new order.

**NOTE: Ignoring the above rules may be grounds for rejecting the return.**
