The best way to care for your jumper is to hand wash it in cold water or put it in the freezer for 24 hours to kill bacteria and viruses (we know it sounds strange, but trust us, alpaca and wool fibres repel dirt and do not absorb unpleasant odours, so one of the professional techniques for caring for this type of jumper is to put it in the freezer, which will refresh the jumper and kill any germs that have managed to attach themselves to the fibres).
